How We Can Help Your Workforce Perform
Good sleep is essential for concentration, memory, and alertness—key drivers of productivity and performance at work. Yet despite its impact, sleep is often overlooked in corporate wellbeing strategies.
At Sleepyhead Clinic, we deliver evidence-based corporate sleep programmes designed to help employees sleep better, feel more energised, and perform at their best.
Poor sleep is directly linked to increased absenteeism, reduced focus, and a decline in overall work quality. These are common issues addressed in performance reviews—but rarely traced back to sleep. Addressing sleep isn’t just beneficial, it’s strategic.
If your goal is to reduce absenteeism, improve productivity, and support your team’s mental and physical wellbeing, our tailored sleep wellbeing packages provide a practical, proven solution.
Why Invest in Sleep Wellbeing?

Medical Professionals & Insomnia Treatment
A Science-Based Approach to Insomnia
Insomnia is a growing concern in healthcare, yet treatment options are often limited. Many GPs feel pressured to prescribe medication, sometimes opting for non-licensed alternatives that have little or no long-term benefit.
Sleepyhead Clinic offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI), which is recommended as the first-line treatment by NICE guidelines. Unlike standard CBT, CBTI is a specialist sleep treatment that addresses the root causes of insomnia without relying on medication.
Recognising Insomnia
Chronic insomnia is diagnosed when a patient experiences difficulty sleeping at least three nights per week for at least three months, despite having the opportunity to sleep. It often includes:
- Difficulty falling asleep
- Waking up frequently during the night and struggling to fall back asleep
- Waking too early and being unable to return to sleep
- Feeling unrefreshed despite spending enough time in bed
Insomnia also affects daytime wellbeing, leading to:
- Fatigue and low energy
- Difficulty concentrating or remembering things
- Mood disturbances such as irritability or anxiety
- Reduced performance at work or in daily activities
